Happy New Year! (and also AtLA and Cold Days)

Happy New Year, one and all! I know it's a little late, but I hope that y'all had rockin' New Year's Eves, and have wonderful years to come. 2012 was a little rough for me, but I learned a lot, so hopefully 2013 will be an improvement. Or rather, I should just employ H's traditional New Year's toast that she's been using every year since we were in high school: Happy New Year! Let's hope that things get better from here on out.

( The period between Christmas and New Year's is usually a quiet one for me, mostly consisting of lying around reading and getting over my traditional Christmas cold, but not this year... )
